Jackie McLoughlin - Senior HR Consultant

Jackie is an experienced and professional Senior HR Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the Retail, Hospitality and Construction sector. She has worked with organisations of all sizes, addressing their HR needs and challenges and ensuring the best possible solutions are in place to mitigate HR risks.

Janet Little - HR Consultant

Janet brings over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR Professional working in public, private and voluntary sectors. Janet has extensive knowledge and expertise in the Education and Further and Higher Education industry specialising in recruitment, job design, pay reviews, salary benchmarking employee training.

Jill Cowan – HR Consultant

Jill has over 25 years’ experience working at Senior level in HR in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction fields. Jill has extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR allowing her to provide valuable insights and solutions to the organisations she has supported. Jill is passionate about helping companies optimise their HR practices.

Sinead Hughes – HR Consultant

Sinead is an experienced HR Consultant who support our clients with providing advice and solutions on a wide range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Claire has extensive experience in the Retail and Hospitality sector. Claire offers our clients a comprehensive range of HR solutions to help businesses achieve their goals. Her expertise includes HR strategy development and implementation, change management, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Ruth Moffatt – HR Consultant

Ruth has over 16 years’ experience of delivering generalist HR support in the FMCG industry with a focus on Employee Relations, Ethics, Projects and Employee Experience. Ruth has a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset, which allows her to build strong relationships with our clients.

Melissa Lindley – HR Consultant

Melissa has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, with the majority of her experience being in insurance, transportation and IT industries for both private and public sector organisations. She focuses on employee relations, organisational change, compensation & benefits structures and policy & procedures. She is passionate about finding HR solutions and provides advice on all HR issues.

Joanne Orr – HR Administrator

Joanne is an experienced HR Administrator and supports our clients with several aspects of HR, such as recruitment, on-boarding, BreatheHR, HR reporting and note-taking. Joanne has a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and assists clients in dealing with a wide range of HR queries.

Nicola Wilson – HR Administrator

Nicola brings a wealth of administration and marketing knowledge to the team. She has previously worked in the hospitality & events sector as well as several years as an Executive Assistant. Nicola is passionate about promoting our clients and focusing on the Social Media aspect of the organisation.
