Recruitment Resourcer
We are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to work as part of a team.
The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, and professional networks
- Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
- Maintaining recruitment records and updating HR systems
- Assisting with recruitment events and careers fairs
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What you will need to have for the Recruitment Resourcer role:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
