Parts Sales Advisor
We are currently working with a premium automative brand to recruit for a Part Sales Advisor to join their existing team, within the Parts Department.
The role is permanent and based in Dungannon.
The Part Sales Advisor will be responsible for:
- Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
- Processing orders promptly for both internal departments and external customers
- Delivering excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Providing product recommendations, promoting offers, and identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
- Sourcing unavailable parts from alternative suppliers and coordinating deliveries
- Checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock control procedures
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations and general duties within the parts department
What you will need to have for the Part Sales Advisor role:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a motor industry parts advisor role
- IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office and parts catalogues
- Strong communication skills across telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Strong passion for the automotive industry
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
