Parts Sales Advisor

We are currently working with a premium automative brand to recruit for a Part Sales Advisor to join their existing team, within the Parts Department.

The role is permanent and based in Dungannon.

The Part  Sales Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
  • Processing orders promptly for both internal departments and external customers
  • Delivering excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Providing product recommendations, promoting offers, and identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
  • Sourcing unavailable parts from alternative suppliers and coordinating deliveries
  • Checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock control procedures
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations and general duties within the parts department

What you will need to have for the Part Sales Advisor role: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a motor industry parts advisor role
  • IT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office and parts catalogues
  • Strong communication skills across telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Strong passion for the automotive industry
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
