HR Advisor
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a HR Advisor to strengthen their dynamic HR team. This role is permanent and based in Co Tyrone.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
· Professional HR support and guidance to employees and management.
· Assisting with strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
· Supporting compliance with HR policies, employment law, and industry regulations.
· Managing recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and conducting interviews.
· Issuing contracts, onboarding new employees, and supporting probationary reviews.
· Assisting the HR Manager in developing training programmes for new and
· existing employees.
· Tracking and maintaining HR records, including training logs and performance appraisals.
· Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
· Keeping HRIS system up to date.
What you will need to have for the HR Advisor role:
· 2 years’ Human Resources experience gained within a similar role.
· CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification.
· Reliable, confidential, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
· Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
