Administrator
We are working with a leading construction organisation to recruit for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator position is permanent and based in Magherafelt.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- General Administration
- Coding bill of Quantities
- Setting up tender projects
- Setting up and maintain tender planner for estimating team
- Maintain and update folder structures
- Updating cost estimates and quotes
- Chasing quotations for tenders
What you will need to have for the Administrator role:
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- MS Office skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
