We are working with a leading construction organisation to recruit for an Administrator  to join their team.   The Administrator position is permanent and based in Magherafelt.

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • General Administration
  • Coding bill of Quantities
  • Setting up tender projects
  • Setting up and maintain tender planner for estimating team
  • Maintain and update folder structures
  • Updating cost estimates and quotes
  • Chasing quotations for tenders

What you will need to have for the Administrator role:       

  • Previous experience as an Administrator
  • MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
