Sales Coordinator
We are working with an established client renowned for the quality of its products, to recruit for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent role and based in Dungannon.
Working as a Sales Coordinator you will be providing assistance to both the sales and marketing teams.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Handling sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
· Assisting customers with products
· Preparing quotations and order confirmations using sales software.
· Processing cash and credit card transactions.
· Managing and updating social media (Facebook, Twitter, website).
· Creating and distributing brochures, flyers, and promotions.
· Working with colleagues to drive sales and business growth.
· Ensuring you have knowledge of all the products
· Assisting with administrative tasks
What you need to have for the Sales Coordinator role:
· Experience working in a similar role
· Strong administrative skills
· Personable and customer-focused personality.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work well within a team.
· Strong work ethic, good attendance, and punctuality.
