Janet Little – HR Consultant
Janet has extensive experience in the full range of Human Resource and Development areas, from developing, managing and leading on HRD strategy, including Investors in People managing and supporting on complex employee relations issues, design and delivery of learning and development programmes.
Janet focuses on working with SME managers reviewing existing practice providing advice and guidance on existing Human Resource practices, improving working practices reflective of company mission, vision and values to maximise people engagement that will give them competitive edge needed in today’s market.
